Our company was entrusted by China International Marine Containers (CIMC) Raffles Shipyard to be responsible for the transportation of the Blue Whale No. 2's departure and related materials and equipment. On September 29, the Blue Whale No. 2 platform successfully departed with the assistance of six tugboats and arrived at the designated anchorage position to begin offshore debugging work. After anchoring, our company successively completed the platform refueling operations, offshore transportation of materials and transshipment operations, personnel shifts, and other tasks. The platform finally left the Yantai anchorage on November 15, heading to Shenzhen for exploration operations. Our company excellently completed the agency work for the departure of the Blue Whale No. 2.

Our company is entrusted by CNOOC Oilfield Services Co., Ltd. to carry out the towing work of the Ocean Oil 162 platform. We actively coordinate with relevant departments such as the Maritime Safety Administration, Meteorological Bureau, and CCS to handle the necessary procedures, using the tugboat "Binhai 285" to tow the platform from CFD11-6WHPD to CFD12-15WHPF, and have obtained the maritime operation permit. With strong support from all parties, this operation was successfully completed on April 30, 2019, at 11:00. In this project, the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by the Xinyun team received high praise from the client and all parties involved in the towing business.

From early March to the end of June 2019, provided all shipowner agency services for the "Wonderland Yantai" platform (DEEPSEAYANTAI) for the shipowner Odfjell Drilling during their time in Yantai, including: all daily services for shipowner personnel, supply of all ship materials, customs clearance and delivery of imported materials to the ship, customs procedures for fueling the platform before departure, and coordination of on-site fueling arrangements, etc. In June 2019, completed the agency service work for the "Wonderland Yantai" platform during its departure from Yantai and at the anchorage, including exit inspection procedures, pilotage and tug arrangements for departure, traffic tug arrangements, and loading and unloading of personnel and materials on and off the platform, etc.

The first intelligent net cage towing and positioning in the country has been successfully completed!

Recently, the intelligent net cage "H399" designed and built by CIMC Raffles was delivered at the Yantai base. However, how to tow this "big guy" to the designated location and install it accurately according to customer requirements has become a daunting task for our Xinyun company. The "H399" intelligent net cage is the first deep-water bottom-sitting net cage in China, made of steel and non-self-propelled. The net cage has a Size of 66 meters × 66 meters × 35 meters, designed with a square truss structure, featuring four tubular pile legs and square sinking pads. The overall structure includes a top ring, middle ring, bottom ring, vertical braces, and horizontal braces. The net cage itself has no self-propulsion capability, based on its overall requirements and structural characteristics.

Penglai to Qidong COSCO Shipyard large marine equipment (FPSO accessories) shipping project

Entrusted by the client, our company has carried out the maritime transportation of equipment for two voyages from the 131 project at the COSCO Shipyard in Penglai to Qidong. We completed the one-day tour business in the Yantai bonded area and the relevant approval work for loading supplies for export outside the province. The Yantai side has activated the new customs system, the Jin Guan Phase II system, which connects with the new system in the external customs area, completing the first new type of cross-border connection business in Yantai City. The equipment is quite special, as it is a marine component for the FPSO oil storage vessel being built by YINSON. The center of gravity of the cargo is very high, and the bottom diameter is relatively short, with dimensions: 8*8*18 meters, weighing 235 tons, which poses challenges for the balance of maritime transportation.

The transportation project from Penglai Giant Waves to Wanhua has been successfully completed.

Our company is responsible for transporting major modules for Penglai Jutao Marine Engineering Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. to the Yantai Wanhua factory. A total of 22 pieces of cargo were transported by sea in five ships. The cargo was divided into two batches: the first batch consists of 11 pieces with a Size of 32*5*11.5m, 150 tons/piece; the second batch consists of 11 pieces with a Size of 32*8*9.5m, 110 tons/piece. Due to the special dimensions of the cargo, an 8000-ton deck barge was used for sea transportation. After multiple route surveys, we assisted the owner in completing road repairs and obstacle clearance, using SPMT special vehicles for roll-on/roll-off and land transportation. Successfully completed on January 23, 2019.

The trial voyage of the H1297 Atlantic Light platform was a complete success.

Entrusted by China International Marine Containers (CIMC), our company successfully completed the trial voyage of the Atlantic Light from December 14 to December 19. In this trial voyage, our company was mainly responsible for coordinating the entry and exit of tugs and pilot stations, maritime procedures, and the issuance of navigation warnings. The "Beihai Rescue 118" provided full escort for the platform trial voyage. This trial voyage is another collaboration between our company and CIMC following the trial voyage of the Blue Whale I, and the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by our company during this trial voyage received unanimous praise from the client.
