Large Converter Equipment Yantai to Fujian Sea and Land Intermodal Project
From September to October 2020, our company undertook two voyages of sea and land transportation for the Guojia Metallurgy to Baosteel Desheng converter project, with the maximum cargo single piece size: 24×5.5×5.8 meters, and the maximum single piece weight of 43 tons. Due to the large size of the cargo, a dedicated person was assigned to supervise each stage of loading and unloading the ship and land transportation throughout the process, ensuring the reinforcement plan for the cargo on vehicles and vessels, as well as safety risk control during loading and unloading. After unloading at the Fujian dock, all cargo was directly sent to the Baosteel Desheng factory by vehicle and ship. During this stage, our company arranged escort vehicles and multiple personnel to assist in obstacle removal (raising power lines, road closures, dismantling traffic lights and speed limit poles).

The floating unloading towing operation at the Yantai anchorage for the Lingshui 17-2 project has been successfully completed.
Recently, the submersible hull of the first deep-water self-operated gas field in our country—the Lingshui 17-2 gas field development project—was loaded by the world's second-largest semi-submersible vessel, the "Xinguanghua," at the offshore oil engineering manufacturing site in Qingdao and set sail for the Yantai Port No. 4 anchorage. On the morning of October 11, the "Xinguanghua" submerged to position, and under the command of the pilot in Yantai and the captain of COSCO Shipping, with the control of four high-power harbor tugboats and the protection of rescue bureau tugboats, the platform's submersible hull was successfully unloaded and began towing. By 5 PM that afternoon, it docked at the Yantai CIMC Raffles dock, marking the completion of the submersible hull unloading for the Lingshui 17-2 project.

H457 ship bow Haiyang section transportation
Our company is entrusted by China International Marine Containers (CIMC) Raffles Shipyard to be responsible for the towing transportation project of the H457 ship bow from Haiyang CIMC Raffles to Yantai CIMC Raffles Shipyard. For this task, our company rented the powerful tugboat "Beihai Jiu 118," which has extensive towing experience. The project consists of four parts: the "Tairui" Haiyang CIMC Raffles making two turns, Beihai Jiu 118 towing Tairui Haiyang for departure operations, and Yantai CIMC Raffles for port operations. The project started with the first turn on November 5, and Haiyang departed on November 15. During this period, we overcame adverse weather conditions and, after two days of hard work, successfully transported it to Yantai CIMC Raffles Dock No. 2 on November 17, excellently completing this towing task.
