Zhou Dawu, the secretary of the Party Committee of Liangxiang Community in Zhangdian District and a representative of the municipal people's congress, accepted an interview with reporters. This year's government work report proposed to accelerate the quality and speed of the modern service industry, cultivate a number of key logistics parks and large logistics enterprises, and build Zibo into a veritable "dry port" for logistics in central Shandong. In response, Zhou Dawu stated that efforts should continue to strengthen and expand the logistics industry to drive economic development and seek benefits for the community residents.

Zhou Dawu introduced that against the backdrop of the economic crisis, Liangxiang Logistics Park and Liangxiang Industrial Park still achieved gratifying development in 2012, with profits and taxes reaching over 90 million yuan, helping 9 projects solve land issues for 845 acres, and leading the upgrade of the service industry with world top 500 and domestic top 100 enterprises such as Metro, Maoye International, and Juran Home.

"Our Liangxiang belongs to the collective economy. Through innovative development models, that is, large enterprises leasing land and small and medium-sized enterprises leasing factories, the industrial park has developed rapidly. The logistics park utilizes two channels: dedicated lines and single order distribution, combined with various logistics methods, achieving good economic benefits, and all Liangxiang residents have also enjoyed the benefits brought by economic development."

The Liangxiang Industrial Park was completed in 2000, and currently, more than 150 enterprises have settled in. The Liangxiang Logistics Park was completed in 2005 and is the largest single order distribution area in the city. The logistics dedicated line business covers cities across the country, with the throughput of industrial products accounting for about 60% of the city, and nearly 2000 operating businesses mastering most of the cargo distribution information in the city, forming the leading logistics hub in the central Shandong region.
