Our company is undertaking the towing project of the "Guozhi Platform" for Sinopec Shengli Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. Marine Drilling Company, with the main tug being the Beihai Jiu 118 ship. The towing started at 6:00 AM on October 23, 2021, from Shanghai, and after 177 hours, arrived at the designated location in Dongying at 3:00 PM on October 30, successfully completing the towing task and receiving unanimous praise from the owner!

This time, our company acted as the general agent for the departure, responsible for maritime review, CCS suitability inspection, pilotage, refueling, and tugboat arrangements for the departure port. We were responsible for handling the one customs clearance and three inspections procedures for the platform's departure from Yantai. After more than a month of preparation, the "Prometheus" platform successfully set sail on August 22.

Due to our company's good service and reputation, the Guoxuan platform completed a 3-month maintenance and renovation at Weihai Jinling Shipyard. Our company was again entrusted by China Electric Power Construction Group Guizhou Engineering Co., Ltd. On August 15, 2021, the "Beihai Jiu 112" towed the "Guoxuan platform" from Weihai Jinling Shipyard to Yangjiang Port in Guangdong for wind power operations. This time, our company acted as the general agent for towing, responsible for maritime review, CCS suitability inspection, pilotage, arrangement of main and auxiliary tugboats, and port towing arrangements. We were responsible for handling the customs clearance and inspection procedures for the Guoxuan platform's departure from Weihai and the entry procedures for Yangjiang Port, as well as the supply of materials for the Guoxuan platform's departure. This towing distance reached 1411 nautical miles, with a planned towing time of 15 days, making it our company's longest-distance towing project in recent years. The platform successfully arrived at the anchorage of Yangjiang Port on September 2, completing this towing task successfully.

The semi-submersible vessel "Zhiyuan Kou" under COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers loaded the "CNOOC Services West Platform" and set sail from Kuantan Island, Indonesia, to the anchorage for floating unloading in Weihai New District, and towed the platform to Weihai Zhaoshang Jinling Shipyard. Our company acted as the general agent for floating unloading and towing for this project, coordinating with the Weihai Maritime Safety Administration, Weihai Pilot Station, Weihai Barge Company, Weihai Zhaoshang Jinling Shipyard, and COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers, organizing a maritime safety review meeting, handling operational permits, and arranging tugboat pilotage. On August 28 at 12:30, the floating unloading was successfully completed, and the vessel docked at the Weihai Jinling Shipyard.
