"Ocean Oil 119" FPSO Qingdao Departure Towage Agency Service

The Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport has entrusted the general contracting project team of the Liuhua 16-2 oilfield group to arrange two high-power ocean tugboats (one main tug and one escort) to be responsible for the towing operation of the "CNOOC 119" FPSO from Qingdao to the Liuhua oilfield site. Our company is entrusted by the Shanghai Salvage Bureau to handle the departure procedures for the FPSO, the entry and exit procedures for the two tugboats, and the procedures and coordination work with relevant departments such as the maritime bureau and ship inspection, to ensure the safe and smooth departure of the towing fleet. The "CNOOC 119" FPSO has a total length of 255.80m, a width of 48.90m, a depth of 26.60m, and a designed draft of 17.

  The "CNOOC 119" FPSO has a total length of 255.80m, a width of 48.90m, a depth of 26.60m, a designed draft of 17.2m, and a displacement of 191600T; with a deadweight of 139500T.
  With the efforts and strong support of all parties, the "CNOOC 119" FPSO successfully departed from the Qingdao Marine Engineering Base dock on May 15, 2020, heading to the Liuhua oil field for exploration tasks.
