On August 19, 2013, the second voyage of the HDO#9 project began gathering cargo, which ended on September 1. The loading work for this voyage on the CHANGYING vessel started on August 29. With the full cooperation of our on-site field personnel, dock staff, and strapping personnel, the loading work was completed on September 1 and the vessel departed smoothly.
