In April 2016, our company was invited by Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. to participate in the bidding for the H317 project for the transportation of large cargo by sea to Singapore. With the principle of "customer first, optimizing services," we utilized existing international resources and relied on our company's comprehensive international network to provide a complete transportation plan and competitive prices for CIMC Raffles' "door-to-door" transportation service, successfully winning the bid.

Due to supplier site restrictions, the imported goods for this project were delivered in three batches. To minimize costs, our company stored the first two batches of goods in a warehouse near the dock, and the third batch was transported directly to the dock along with the first two batches after production was completed, renting a full ship for transportation. At the same time, our company arranged for professional supervision personnel to conduct on-site inspections, confirm the transportation plan with the fleet in advance, check the storage conditions of the goods in the warehouse, and supervise the loading process of the entire batch of goods. A total of 53 items for this project were transported to Jurong Port in Singapore on July 11 and were loaded onto the ship on the same day. After 8 days of maritime travel, they arrived at the Yantai CIMC Raffles dock on July 19, and all goods were successfully unloaded by the early morning of July 20.

This project took more than 3 months and arrived at the factory 15 days ahead of the client's required deadline, with no additional costs incurred, receiving unanimous praise from the procurement and project departments of CIMC Raffles. It also accumulated rich experience for our company in operating international transportation business.
