Siemens module sea and land transportation
In March 2022, our company was entrusted by Siemens to provide sea and land transportation services for the TEG module of the MERO3 FPSO project. The cargo is approximately 10 meters high and weighs 288 tons, transported by SPMT axle vehicles from Rizhao Haomai Machinery to Rizhao Port, and after being rolled onto the ship, it was shipped by sea to the Haiyang CIMC Raffles Shipyard.

The module's Size and weight are over the limit, and ordinary land transportation and hoisting cannot complete the transportation and loading tasks. Our company conducted a site survey one month before departure and made a detailed transportation plan, communicated in advance about the roadblocks and buildings that needed to be removed along the way, professionally calculated the loading and binding scheme, and inspected the transportation tools in advance, and after verification and review byDNVstrictly executed the transportation and risk control plan, ultimately successfully completing the transportation task.
