In early 2016, based on the platform's own needs, the Hero Platform, CNOOC 981, operating in the South China Sea, made a plan for special inspection and maintenance. In August 2016, Xinyun International Logistics Co., Ltd. was entrusted by CNOOC Oilfield Services Co., Ltd. to take full control and handle the procedures for the platform's departure from Sanya and towing operations, as well as the business for entering the port in Yantai. During the business handling period, the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by the Xinyun team received high praise from the client and all parties involved in the towing operations. On one hand, they completed the owner's commission, and on the other hand, they made special contributions to safeguarding the territory with the Hero Platform, which is currently the largest platform in the country.
