       The semi-submersible "Huayang 1" under COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry was dry-towed to Saudi Arabia after floating installation of the "COSL SEEKER" platform at the Weihai anchorage. Our company, as the general agent for this towing floating installation project, communicated with the Weihai inspection authorities to handle the nationality change procedures for the platform to switch to Chinese flag, coordinated a navigation safety review meeting with various parties including the Weihai Maritime Bureau, New Port Maritime Office, Weihai Pilot Station, Weihai Tug Company, COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry, and Weihai China Merchants Jinling Shipyard, obtained the operation permit, and successfully completed the procedures, platform wet tow departure, semi-submersible offshore floating installation operations, and offshore reinforcement work, receiving high recognition from the owner and all parties involved.
