In the preliminary communication, due to the deep draft of the vessel, the anchorage position was also a crucial issue that needed to be confirmed in advance. After communicating with the pilot station, dispatch office, and other departments, the anchorage position was changed to ensure the vessel's draft. Before the vessel arrived at the port, our internal and external staff had already prepared the necessary materials for import and export, including the four-level approval, berthing application, solid bulk cargo declaration, and vessel tonnage tax application. Once the vessel arrived, our staff immediately began handling the procedures after the vessel's arrival at the port, ensuring the smooth unloading of the "Bai An Hai" vessel.

After two days and nights of hard work unloading and close cooperation between internal and external staff, the vessel successfully departed, meeting the owner's time requirements, and the agency work was completed satisfactorily.
