The agency involves providing a navigation safety assessment report; applying for and organizing the navigation safety assessment meeting; cooperating with the construction party to rectify the plan and measures based on expert evaluation opinions and submitting them to the Maritime Bureau to ensure the navigation safety review is approved; submitting hydrological certificate materials to obtain permits for underwater and surface operation activities, and issuing navigation announcements.
