The "Ocean Oil 161 Platform" has successfully arrived at the Laifushi Wharf.

　　Entrusted by China International Marine Containers (CIMC), our company acted as the port agency for the "Haiyang Shiyou 161" which was towed from the Bohai Zhong 3-2 well position on the morning of May 29, 2017, and successfully arrived at the Yantai CIMC dock on the afternoon of May 30, 2017, to begin dry dock special inspection work.

　　"Haiyang Shiyou 161" is China's first pin-type hydraulic self-elevating production and storage platform, belonging to the CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd. Oil Production Services Company. Compared to fixed oil production platforms, the biggest difference of the "Haiyang Shiyou 161" self-installing oil production platform is that it is equipped with a pin-type hydraulic lifting system, which gives it more unique advantages.

　　Only about ten days before the towing time, our company received the commission from CIMC. Completing all towing-related procedures within such a tight timeframe was a significant challenge for us, and since the platform's location falls under the jurisdiction of Tianjin, all procedures also needed to be handled in Tianjin, adding to the difficulty of processing the relevant procedures. Therefore, our company arranged for multiple people to collaborate, handling maritime procedures and the appropriate towing inspection certificates, ultimately ensuring the platform's towing plan.

　　During the "Haiyang Shiyou 161 platform" special inspection and maintenance work at the Yantai CIMC dock, our company acted as the full-service towing agent, successfully completing all agency work with high-quality service and professional standards, accumulating more experience for future water operation agency work.
